1. Do you provide installation of products?

2. Are you a registered Company?

3. Do you deliver your products to anywhere in the world?

No, currently only within Singapore. If required, please contact us and you need to arrange your own delivery and installation.

4. Do you offer customization of products?

Yes, for certain products, ie Divider and Others. Do email or whatsapp us at https://wa.link/653nus to find out more.

5. How do I measure the dimension for the Divider before I place an order?

You can check this image to get a better idea of how to do it.

6. Is there any measurement services provided if I don’t know how to measure??

Yes, there will be an additional non refundable charge for this service. Please contact us for more details.

7. Do you provide exchange for any defect in the product?

Yes, please refer to our Term & Conditions at our Checkout page.

8. Is my credit card details protected if I purchase using credit card?

Currently, we don’t accept credit card payment, only Paynow or Direct Bank Transfer. But if you want to pay thru credit card instead, do whatsapp us at https://wa.link/653nus to find out what other platform is available.

9. What are your contact details incase any queries on your products?

10. Why some of the product that I selected doesn’t match the one on the photo gallery image? So how do I know if the one selected is correct?

The photo gallery images are for reference, we will placed your order based on the various chosen options selected. example Design, Type, Colour, Delivery etc.

11. What is the lead time that I need to wait for the products to be delivered?

For all products, it takes an estimated 1-2 weeks production from payment, 2-6 weeks shipping from overseas. In total, it would take around 3-8 weeks to arrive. However there may be delay due to double sales like 11-11 sales, stringent custom checks, adverse weather or public holidays. Nevertheless, we will surely keep you informed on the estimated delivery date.

Orders placed after 12 hours cannot be cancelled and payment would not be refunded due to delayed lead times.

12. What do I need to take note of if I want my products to be delivered ?

It is your responsibility to check that your items could fit through doors, staircases and lifts in the product dimension or packaging before you place your order.  Note that there will be an additional $10 per storey to our hardworking logistic staff who need to carry the item via staircase to your unit.

13. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is only allowed within the first 12 hours after payment is made. A full refund will be made to your account within 48 hours.

No return or cancellation is allowed for customized items (custom colours, fabric, sizing, or special instructions).

14. Do you have a showroom?

Not yet. We are working on it.

15. If I had selected no delivery, where and how can I collect my product?

We will sent you an email with the details once your product had arrived and is ready for collection.

16. Can I choose the date for free delivery items?

For free delivery items, please note that we delivers the items accordance to our logistics schedules, however if you would like to choose your own specific date, there will be an additional $50 delivery charge applies.
